Triforcegames.com wants your shopping experience to be the best you have ever experienced. However, we realize that from time to time you may occasionally wish to return merchandise for a refund. Below details our refund and merchandise return polices:
Sealed Products
To return factory-sealed merchandise that we have sent you, for any reason, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once we respond to your request, return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will refund your purchase price, less shipping charges. If your return is being made because of our mistake, we will refund your purchase price and all shipping charges associated with the transaction. Only un-opened merchandise can be returned. Items that were sent to you sealed (for example, a sealed starter deck or booster box) and you opened cannot be returned.
Singles
Due to the nature of the singles market, we do not accept returns on single cards. There are two exceptions to this policy.
1) If you are not satisfied with the condition of any cards you have received, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once we respond to your request, return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will exchange the item(s). This does not apply to individual cards listed in "HP" (Heavily Played) condition. If we are unable to exchange the item(s), we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price of that item(s) less shipping charges.
2) All orders are triple-checked for accuracy prior to shipping, we however realize that mistakes may still happen. If you accidentally receive item(s) that you did not order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once we respond to your request, return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will exchange the item(s). If we are unable to exchange the item(s), we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price of that item(s), and all shipping charges associated with the transaction.
To expedite the refund process, refunds will be issued through Paypal within 48 hours of us receiving the returned merchandise. If a refund by check is necessary allow a processing time of 2 weeks after we received the returned merchandise. When returning merchandise we encourage you to place insurance or a tracking number on your shipment. We cannot be held responsible for returned merchandise that was lost in transit.
